What is the main reason if you had 30 seconds to sell someone on a google street view why they should spend money doing it?

I think I am still trying to understand, if I walk into a business, what problem am I solving to sell a google street view. why would they pay for it? yes, they can see inside the business with a 360 view, but its not 2020 any more. it may be obvious to many, but this is the actual selling point I am trying to reach so that I can start using this program. I'm very interested in selling them, but need to understand what problem I am solving. does anyone in here do google street views successfully that can share that works? I'm a business owner, so I am needing to be convinced too! lol thanks! @Zach Calhoon

Has anyone gotten a $9.90 one time charge to publish a GSV tour? Today is the first time I have been charged a fee. When did this start happening?
