Mindful Mondays 🍃
Pause + Breathe Take one slow breath before answering. No fixing. Just noticing. 1ïžâƒŁ Name What’s Real What’s honestly present for you right now as you start the week? (A word, a sentence, or “unclear” all count.) I feel a strong reluctance to starting my new part time job tomorrow. I have all the reasons why I want to do it, why I'm choosing to do it AND it feels gross in my body. Even though it logically makes sense and will enhance my life financially and up grade my sales skills, it's proving hard to find that space of alignment with it. Maybe I'll feel different by EOD tomorrow 2ïžâƒŁ Let It Go — or Let It Be What’s one thing you’re releasing pressure around, or allowing to exist without fixing this week? What’s one thing you’re releasing pressure around, or allowing to exist without fixing this week? I'll be releasing pressure around the same thing I mentioned above. Leaning into this job and relaxing into whatever comes up during this process and letting everything be as it is. 3ïžâƒŁ One Small Anchor What’s one simple thing you can return to when you feel scattered this week?(A habit, phrase, place, rule, or reminder.) Que sera, sera (Whatever will be, will be)

PITCH HERE! "If I were you, I'd grow your business by doing THIS"
Happy Monday founders - now let's help each other grow! There are so many brilliant minds in this community, and I bet we can help each other massively with a tiny amount of effort. Inspired by @Matthew Burns, I made this post! As entrepreneurs, we juggle a LOT of hats. That means we often have a massive to-do list and are constantly "doing" things - but it's not necessarily the most effective things. So here's the game: 1. Write a one to two sentence description of your business. Who do you serve, and what do you help them do? 2. Share one spot where you're stuck OR where you're not sure what the most important task is in your business. 3. Comment on at least two other people's posts with one TACTICAL thing they can do to get past their bottleneck or prioritize their task list. Example in the comments. Let's all help each other grow!

@Kat Oakley No. I was kind of avoiding this because the tinnitus creator community is limited and people recognize each other... Are you doing this yourself? How is it working for you?

@Shaun Latham Interesting idea. Thanks Shaun!
Anyone else here dealing with both ADHD and tinnitus?
Hey everyone, I’m curious if anyone else here has this combo, because I’ve had both ADHD and tinnitus for many years now, but lately they’ve been tag-teaming me a bit. Whenever my tinnitus spikes, my focus drops even more. I’ll be in the middle of something, and suddenly my attention gets dragged away by the ringing. Then when I try to go back to what I was doing, I end up jumping to a completely different task... and then another
and suddenly I’m scattered across five things instead of finishing the one I started. As a solopreneur, on some days, this is pretty much destroying my productivity. 😔 I’ve been using sound therapies and some simple relaxation techniques during the day to help me pull my focus back. I also try to stay away from medication on purpose. Not sure if this is good or bad (for productivity). I'm wondering what other people are doing in these situations. Any tips or shared experiences would be really helpful. 🙏

@Melissa Fuller if it's occasional, try to pay attention what's happening or changing right before you get it. Maybe stress bursts, maybe food you eat occasionally as well. There's typically a connection that's easy to miss. Even TMJ and neck issues can be causing this. Have you done a hearing test recently? That can reveal either some high frequencies loss or other mid ear issues.

@Asha Hope No, I have not. I like to mold my own mind. lol Have you tried it? Helpful?
Unintentionally, made my first sale as an entrepreneur?
The old saying goes "when life gives you lemons🍋, you... throw them to feel better". I clearly don't have that saying down which might explain why my life stays interesting. Last week I found myself navigating an unexpected transition at my job. I quit.👋 But that’s not even the story. I still had my own leads (prospecting queen 👑 behavior), I signed a referral agreement with a partner I trust in the industry
and then boom💣 : closed won. In my head, it was just me helping someone who needed AI guidance. But in my 1:1 with @Bill, he pointed out something I completely missed. I accidentally made my first sale as an entrepreneur. Me? An entrepreneur??? What the hellyyyyy. ❓ I double-checked my NDA, and as long as I’m not poaching customers, I’m allowed to pursue this path. I can’t share specifics on the deal, but I can say I made more than I would’ve at the company I left. I’ve always wondered how people discover the ideas that launch them into entrepreneurship. Nothing ever clicked for me. Turns out
sometimes the idea finds you. I’m grateful because there was no plan B to quitting my job.😂 I would’ve hated for my 3–5 years of AI experience and hard-earned relationships to go to waste.
