A question for anyone here who runs a course or program...
When people don’t finish, what do you reckon trips them up most? No right or wrong answer. I’m just gathering real thoughts and experiences from folks. Even if you’re just planning your first course, I’d love to hear your take!

@Amy Hardie It's mostly when I use PLR to create courses. I just try to add too much when I should be more focused on what I'm working on. When it's time to create content, that's what I should focus on.. not what bonuses I could add.

@Amy Hardie I use PLR articles to fill in my knowledge gaps or as a foundation for content. I use PLR checklists as course content or add-ons. I use ebooks as mini courses or as email content. Here is a freebie course I did for a giveaway - (full disclosure: this is my shop link, but it's not linked to email and you're not added to any lists when you purchase): https://bariciamedia.gumroad.com/l/7SCLDP/digiprodnotion If you want to see other examples of what else I've done product-wise with Notion, I can DM them to you :)
Let's talk email lists...

I haven't emailed my list in two months and I'm not even sure if I want to keep it anymore.
Any template requests?
I started this community during the summer holidays and life has been pretty hectic ever since then. Which has meant I've not really had a change to see how you are all doing recently. What templates would you guys find useful for your business. Drop your requests below.

@Nic Natarella As someone with a permanent back injury, my template is collagen and nitric oxide with some stretching to help. As a bonus add-on, I combine pain cream with one of those "miracle" tightening creams, which help it get deep down to ease pain. I hope you're feeling better though!
Client outreach template
Hi folks, I am changing up my strategy a bit at the moment. My main focus is to grow my done for you side of the business and specifically my implementation systems for coaches, consultants and strategists who run programs, courses challenges or bootcamps. Traditionally through my content, I have attracted beginners. I need to be way more targeted with my approach as initially I want to do this work for UK based folk (just because of time zones). So, I'm doing client outreach but in a casual, just chat and comment on their stuff type way. For me, I'm doing that on Instagram, but you could do this on any platform. If anyone is looking to do this too, I thought I would share the template that I just made to help me with this. I'm not doing all the tick boxes at once and the follow up is going to be friendly not salesy. Here's the link if you want to use it for yourself.

New Skool feature that is so good!
What do you think? Should Zoom be worried?

I feel like Zoom should be worried because marketers are using it to send out product announcements to people who aren't even on their list. Zoom wants me to pay for an account in order to submit a complaint/support ticket.

@Amy Hardie Especially on my phone. It's a hassle. I don't like using my phone as it is, let alone letting some app have access to everything.

I teach women how to work from home so they don't have to stay in toxic relationships due to finances. If you can't be nice, then try being quiet.
