Ok, I'm working on a demo system for an event I'm at on Thursday and I was at the stage where I have to tidy up my backend databases and think about how I want the dashboard to look so I recorded this video to show the different ways you can set up you databases and views in your dashboard. Hopefully this makes sense!

Have you heard of Notion feed view? It’s one of the newest database views along with the map view. I couldn’t envision a use for it until today. I’m building a backend hub for beauty salons and have had research calls with a number of salons one thing that they struggle with is having multiple What’s app groups for different groups of people in the salon. So managers, nail team, founders, etc. They requested a centralised place for communications. The feed view is perfect for a notice board style system. Where you can filter by department. It looks a bit like a Facebook page but for your business announcements. I’ve attached a screen share of what I’ve built for them so far

I made this for Instagram but thought I would see how it goes down in here. If you posted loads last month across several platforms, can you tell which posts made you money? I couldn't. Until I built this. I created a UTM link generator right inside my Notion content planner.
