I watched the Ideas to Income Challenge live last night. It finished around 10pm my time. I usually go to bed at 10pm and avoid working at night because it leaves my brain too wired. Well I was tossing and turning for hours last night as my brain was full of thoughts, ideas etc. Anyone else struggle to work at night because of the knock on effects?

I shared this in the comments of the day 1 thread for the Ideas to Income Challenge that I'm taking part in along with some of you. I thought it was worth sharing here for all of us too. I've often struggled with mindset stuff. I know I need to show up as the successful version of myself, but it can be hard to pinpoint what that actually looks like. This exercise was one part of today's challenge, and it really helped me. Once I know how I sabotage myself, I can flip it. Then I know what to watch out for, and how to act differently to be a more successful version of myself. Anyway, if you're happy to share, how could you use this to tap into what successful you looks like?
