what's the weirdest sushi roll you've ever eaten
What was in it? How was it? I know it's not a roll, but my customers all-time favorite thing that I serve them is spicy tuna nachos served on Doritos. Don't laugh! It's f'ing delicious! (Oh yeah, if you have a pic please drop it)

1st class 2019 at XEO Decatur, 2nd intermediate class at STA Huntsville, was maybe in the Fall of 2019. I have made sushi several times. We love making it. The first rolls we made at home after our class.

@Kelly Viall Seidr is in Arab. It is small batch brewery, the space is large though and super neat. I think I have a business card I picked up.

@Kelly Viall awesome! He keeps main hours Thursday-Saturday. I think he’s trying to get Tuesdays going. Beer is some of the best I have had. He has a cucumber beer that would go great with sushi.
