Thank you for class - so blessed to be with you all. In reviewing what all was said... persistence. The Buddha stated "...in the confrontation between the rock and the stream, the stream always wins - not because of strength but through persistence." Let's keep practicing-keep moving forward with awareness!

A few words on being Present
During challenging times, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and forget that happiness can be just around the corner. Similarly, during moments of joy, it's essential to remember that life is ever-changing and growth is constant. Embrace both feelings and circumstances with a smile. Find peace in the present, set your intention to be steady in moments of joy and open-hearted in times of hardship. Let everything take you closer to your best, highest Self. Let everything take you to God.
