Hi, I’m Laura, a property sourcer in Birmingham. I spoke with an investor who completed my ScoreApp quiz and is interested in property flips. However he is unable to complete / manage refurb projects due to full time work, so are seeking a JV partner to work with in Birmingham. My service did not fit what he was looking for.
