JV Opportunity
Hi, I’m Laura, a property sourcer in Birmingham.
I spoke with an investor who completed my ScoreApp quiz and is interested in property flips. However he is unable to complete / manage refurb projects due to full time work, so are seeking a JV partner to work with in Birmingham. My service did not fit what he was looking for.
He has £100k - £250k capital.
I’ve got all the details if anyone wants to JV or manage the project, let me know.
And yes… a little referral fee wouldn’t go amiss 😉.
