One leadership tension I am currently carrying is how to build my business and brand in a way that is both impactful and sustainable. My work is deeply personal because it is rooted in my own caregiver journey, so I feel a strong responsibility to serve people well while also trying to make wise decisions about growth, capacity, and timing. Right now, I am leading in an entrepreneurial and mission-driven environment through my caregiver advocacy and consulting business. I am building programs, resources, and support for caregivers while also shaping the vision and direction of the brand overall. The most difficult part is knowing what to prioritize. I have a lot of ideas and I see many needs, but I am learning that leadership also requires boundaries, focus, and discernment. What feels most unclear is what I should build now versus what can wait. For these 90 days to feel worth it, I would want greater clarity in my leadership, more confidence in my decision-making, and a stronger sense of how to lead sustainably without losing the heart behind the mission.
