Let's change direction of this acct.
Just a thought... why does Chris Kerr get all of the fun asking questions. Let's jump on some zoom's either individually or a group and either break down some film or ask 3 questions ( I heard that on another podcast).

What I think would be very valuable would be a workout based on a current athlete that you are working with. Maybe even different athletes every few weeks. Diagnosing where the athletes is lacking and how you are targeting the specific needs of that athlete. Interventions that you use with that athlete, whether it’s RPR, visual, strength, different equipment ect. Share some data that is acquired along the way and how you make adjustments as the athlete progresses. I know it’s obviously a long process for many of the athletes you work with, but getting an idea of your process is way more valuable than just seeing a workout, because as coaches if we start to understand the process we can help a variety of different athletes that we work with. Even just an audio/podcast version of you talking through it, describing what you are seeing and how you plan to attack certain weaknesses or compensation patterns.
Shredmill vs 1080
Chris, I see in one of your workouts that you utilized Shredmill Gear 3. I don’t recall ever hearing you speak about your experience using the shredmill. Can you also give some insight into a comparison between the shredmill and the 1080 sprint for a private performance gym looking to upgrade equipment. Myself, along with other private facilities can usually only do a big upgrade every few years and one at a time. So having the information to compare some of the technology is really helpful. I get the idea of using the handles to fix the athlete in a position to learn how to hold the proper angles and drive, but at the same time with all of the work you do with torso and upper body, I wonder about some of the downfalls with stabilizing the torso too often when sprinting. Thanks Chris.
Upper body exercises
Would love to see some of the single leg or kickstand upper body variations you spoke about. How you utilize the 1080 or free weights to accomplish the elbow crossing the body during the movement.
