Group - I have 2 toe pro’s arriving today and am not going to have any of the kids use em until I can do them all myself (at least to some extent) - my question is (for those of you who know) is the Human Locomotion YouTube place the best to get instruction or is there another YouTube page? Focal Muscle Vibration
Chris, On your Kerr talks, TORSO pt.1, you mention about motors. I'm assuming these are what you are talking about: https://www.humanlocomotion.com/products/focal-vibration-motors/ I've used these with the prescribed workout for the Quads, Hamstrings, Peroneal, and Calves. I've found that if you are able to keep up with the 1x month maintenance protocol grumpy hamstrings and calves have disappeared in my kids. I'm wondering if you have experimented with any other muscle groups like oblique's, adductors, QLs, or glutes.

The buy in on the recommended protocol seems pretty steep! 30min contractions few times a week for a few months?! I’m a nut and idk if I could even do that let alone my clients?! But still interested of course lol! Especially if there’s abbreviated protocol that works!
