Motorcycle day tripping in Chiang Mai Thailand
Last week, I rented a beautiful motorcycle (Royal Enfield Hunter 350) and took it out for the day in the hills near Chiang Mai. After weeks and months of grinding, trying to build up my business online, it felt great to get out of the city and do something for the pure joy of it. The smell of the air round those parts is amazing! I’m going to start doing this regularly, so If there’s any nomads in Chiang Mai who love to ride a motorcycle and you want to join me in the future, then please leave a comment or message me :) Solo trips are fun but it would be nice to build up a little community of like minded people.

Nearly 10 Years in Thailand... it's not what you think!
So, I've been living in Thailand for almost 10 years (that is so crazy to think about) I just dropped a new video where I talk about what life's really been like here. No bullshit, just straight-up experiences and lessons learned. Go watch the video… Can't wait to hear what you guys think.

Are you not just comparatively much richer? earning a medium western salary in Thailand means a comparably very high standard of living.
Managing your time
As I settle into working online and part time in class work, I am realising that when I am in class I am über organised, prepared and well planned. Yet, when I am online, whether it's working, searching and creating, I am less so, I feel completely disorganised. I have plenty of APP's and software that are designed for scheduling, planning etc but struggle to use them effectively, I suppose I have a hurdle to overcome? How are you organising your schedule, planned or adhoc?

I fond "to do list" and backlog to the best for anything personal organisation... just switched to clickup and find it very good.
Why I've been quiet lately (and FOMO)
What's up everyone! I know it's been quiet around here lately. I haven't been posting much or uploading on YouTube, I probably won't be for the next few weeks. I'm working on something really exciting right now that I think is really going to help those of you looking to start your location independent businesses. I can't share all the details yet, but wanted to share some thoughts related to what I'm working on... I often talk to aspiring nomads who are torn between different business ideas they could pursue remotely. With so many possibilities, it's tempting to bounce around from idea to idea. But here's the key... Commitment is your greatest ally. If you want to successfully build a location independent business, you need to choose one idea and fully commit to it. It doesn't really matter what idea you pick in the end. What matters is that you focus on one idea and stick with it. Like your mother probably told you, no matter what you do in life there is always someone or something bigger and better than you. It amazes me how budding entrepreneurs seem to think this simple ethos doesn't apply to business. Like somehow, if they wait long enough, the one idea that will propel them to the top of the ladder will magically appear on their lap... It's like not taking up running because you're waiting for the day when you will be able to outrun Usain Bolt. This is so out of touch with reality and if you applied this logic to any other part of your life, I think you'd agree that it'd be borderline insanity. Could you miss out on an opportunity that would have made you more money? Yes!!! In fact, the answer is almost certainly. Yes!!! But what's the alternative? Because I can tell you now... If you don’t focus on something there is one big certainty. That is... You'll end up with absolutely fucking nothing. There will always be new opportunities that seem more exciting. And for those of you who do nothing but fence sit. I really hope that this is the kick up the arse that you needed.

So is this some type of accelerator/incubator program? I have seen quite few of those in the tech space.
Recommendations on company setup in Thailand
I have been quoted $200,000 baht setup, $450,000 baht + 5% or revenue per year to manage (visas, work permit monthly account & reporting etc.) Would be good to have some other options.

I’d that via a EOR or a LTD company in your name? Because 450K baht ( 13K usd) is crazy… unless it’s a massive things with lots of reporting and loads of people… the 5% revenue is also crazy. 200K baht for set up and visas is more reasonable but on the high side.
