But You Can Be 🚀 If You Move Before Midnight. Tomorrow at 9AM EST, Jay Feldman is going live for a private, closed-door Ask Me Anything inside the Insider Community. He’s sharing the exact system that took his agency from 52 → 86 calls/month—on full autopilot. Now here's the truth: ❌ You can try to figure all of this out yourself. ❌ You can hit the same walls, the same setbacks ❌ You can lose the next 6 months solving problems Jay already crushed, trying to do it yourself Or... ✅ You can buy back time ✅ Getting in the room with someone who's already solved the exact problems you're about to face. Successful people move faster, not because they're smarter, but because they acquire knowledge before they need it, from those who have already solved the problems they are about to face. And when it comes to AI, automation, GHL, outreach, and scale… I can’t think of anyone better to learn from than Jay Feldman. Here’s What You’ll Miss If You Don’t Join: 🔒 Jay’s private AMA on the AI system that prints booked calls 📁 Access to all tools, prompts, automations & tech he uses 🧠 Live answers to the questions you're already starting to ask 🧭 A shortcut through the messy middle you’re probably heading toward If you’re reading this far, take action, and unlock your potential. Join the Insiders before midnight EST tonight, and you will be granted a seat. [Click here to join the Insiders] << (Access closes tonight. No replays. No second chances.) If your time matters to you… If your growth matters to you… Make the move. The next version of your business is already happening, 🐌 Pace or 🚀 Pace Your Choice, Let’s get it.

The single best decision I made for my business was joining Insiders, next to just deciding to start my business. Glad I'm invited.

🧠 Part 4: Protect Your Time, Protect Your Legacy
Read this carefully. Because the next level isn’t about working harder. It’s about choosing harder. Have you ever… Lowered your standards to close a deal? Made exceptions for the wrong client? Said yes… when you knew it should have been a no? If so, you’re not alone. But here’s the hard truth most won’t tell you: Every "maybe" client you say yes to… is stealing time from the "hell yes" clients you could be serving. When I built the Reputation Engine, I had a choice: Sell it to everyone… or sell it only to the few who actually deserved it. Step 4 was where I drew the line. 🛑 No more discounts. 🛑 No more emotional labor. 🛑 No more explaining basic value. ✅ Only high-trust operators. ✅ Only leaders who move fast. ✅ Only people who respect reputation as currency—not a luxury. And the results? 🚀 My close rate tripled 🧠 My stress levels dropped 📈 My revenue got predictable Because when you stop offering premium solutions to discount mindsets? You stop surviving. And you start scaling. So here's my challenge to you, if you're ready: 📍 What's one standard you need to set—or reset—today? 📍 What's one type of client you’ll no longer tolerate? Drop it in the comments. Plant your flag. Because Step 4 isn't about more marketing. It’s about more mastery. @David Mason Hey, great job! Congratulations on landing your first customer, soon-to-be client. That's really exciting! One mistake I made early on was trying to serve too many different niches. I thought it would open up more opportunities, but it actually slowed down my growth because it took longer to build tailored automations for each niche. Another lesson was the importance of clear agreements and over-communication. Using an AI note-taker to send customers a recap of our discussions has been key. It ensures everyone is on the same page and avoids misunderstandings. Jay does this really well with his offers—he lays out exactly what's included for the price, and anything beyond that is clearly discussed as an extra cost. For instance, with a website build, specifying the number of pages upfront and sticking to that prevents scope creep. I'm genuinely excited for you! What niche are you focusing on now?

@Diane Donnelly Oh man, I have done the same thing and the few times. My gut told me "DON'T DO IT"! Then I go and ignored my gut then it hits the fan. LOL Are you a Realtor?
Your business is only as good as your worst funnel 🤓
3 funnels that make me 600k/mo: (that you needed yesterday) 1️⃣ Call-Booking Funnel This is one the simplest basic funnels. The 1st page is a bare bones opt-in: 🔥Headline - Subhead - Form🔥 It's important because it gets their info. If they don’t book on the next page, you can still contact them. Here’s what info I collect: ✅Full Name - Company - Phone - Email✅ The more you require to fill out, the fewer leads you convert - but the higher the quality. Test to find the best balance. The rest of the page should build authority. Use as many testimonials/reviews as you can. 2️⃣ Low-Ticket Funnel This gets clients in the door ASAP - at a profit. The strategy is to run ads to a low-ticket item. You might lose money on the initial purchase, but upsells can make it back. But why go through the effort of a tiny sale? Because it's 3x easier to convert a $100 buyer to a $10,000 buyer. (Rather than a stranger who’s spent $0) Here’s the stats on my funnel: On average, my ads cost $40 to get a sale. The main item is $27 - so with that alone, I would lose money. But I offer a high-value upgrade for the normal purchase at $197. And on the next page, I have a One Time Offer (for urgency) at $97. If they buy 1 or 2 extras, I blow my ad spend out the water. This system pays me to get customers. Plus: they’ll likely turn higher ticket later🤑 3️⃣ Lead Magnet Funnel This is similar to a call booking funnel. But it can work much better because you’re exchanging value. The more valuable your lead magnet, the more effective this funnel. If you have an A+ lead magnet (mine is a free article publication), then use this. Here’s how the funnel works. The 1st page asks for basic info: - Name - Phone - Email There isn’t a wall of testimonials here - leads know the value of opting in. Get the info needed for the Lead Magnet. Give it to them - then show a thank you page with qualifying questions. If they’re a good fit? Push for a call & follow up with text/email🥳

Would you set these funnels up prior to running cold email?

@Olajide Israel Hit me with them my friend. Or send me a DM.
There is no BEST cold email tool... but this comes close.
The 9 QuickMail tools that run my $250k/mo lead gen agency: 1️⃣ Weekly Feedback Every cold emailer knows the pain of testing with most software. The problem? Lack of data collection. QuickMail collects & displays data every week you use it. You can easily find the exact changes that increased or decreased your metrics. 📊 2️⃣ Test Emails Every week, QuickMail tests the deliverability of client emails & sends you a report. This lets you check & show clients how things are going at a glance. 3️⃣ Forecast QuickMail's Forecast tool calculates how your campaign will perform. It allows you to adjust the success rate at each step to see the end result—revenue. 💰 This visually shows clients ideal performance in seconds. 4️⃣ Multichannel Outreach QuickMail lets you reach out to prospects through LinkedIn & SMS on top of email. Upload a list of leads, and you can perform a series of actions at scale: - Connection Request - LinkedIn DM - View Profile - Message - Call 📞 This builds more trust with prospects than just using email. 🤝 5️⃣ Deliverability AI In QuickMail, you can set the % threshold for mailbox deliverability. If a mailbox falls below the threshold? QuickMail takes it out of rotation, replaces it with a higher one & warms it back up. 🔄🔥 6️⃣ Better Open Rates Open rates are often unreliable due to Google's tracking. But QuickMail fixes this if your email contains an image. Since images already have code, sneaking in a tracking pixel isn’t too hard. 7️⃣ Team Management QuickMail lets you add teammates & manage permissions, but that’s not all. The real beauty? It records a log of all changes & actions made by each team member. If something breaks, you can find exactly who did it & how to fix it. 🛠️ 8️⃣ AI Management QuickMail’s AI analyzes prospect replies and sorts them into categories like: - Not Interested - Unqualified - Interested Based on this, it moves them into a sub-campaign that responds accordingly. 9️⃣ Client Analytics Clients can monitor analytics via a dashboard, allowing you to highlight the best campaign metrics for each client.
There is no BEST cold email tool... but this comes close.

@Dean Moon Was looking for more honest help. But by judging from your sarcasm I'm guessing no. LOL

@Dean Moon Thanks for the reply. Great points and I agree 100%. I think that our communication gap is my fault. The original comment was concerning the cold email tool called https://instantly.ai/ not asking if it works instantly. Instantly is a tool that cold emailers have been using with success for a while and in considered to be the leader in the cold email industry for tools or at least one of them. I should have been clearer on my question.
Warmup issue
Had an issue with warmup, I started on 4 warmup emails on day1 with daily ramp up but i turned on the AI adjust bullshit by accident. I noticed because from day 2-5 my inboxes only sent 8-9 warmups/day. So i turn off the AI adjust feature on Day 6 thinking it would resume the ramp up from where it should have been (around 20-24 warmup emails that day). I check back today and it sent between 40-50 warmups just on day 6 (warmup limit is set to 50). So i did a mailreach test today and all the ones that went google inboxes are going to spam. Question 1= Did these go to spam simply because the warmup process hasn’t been completed yet? Or was it bcz of the sudden spike today? Do emails go to spam by default until you finish warmups or not? Question 2= Where do I go from here in terms of warmup? Do I lower the limit to 20 and manual increase for the next 8-10 days or do i put the AI adjustment back on?

It takes a solid two weeks for warm up. So your email are probably not warmed yet. Also sending links and some words will trigger spam. Where did you buy the domains and emails from?

@Joshua Hutchinson sounds like a pretty good setup - minus porkbun, the cloudflare will be a good move. Try again after the move and more warm up. You’ll probably see an improvement.
