The official end of the cleanse
Congratulations! But it’s not over. Remember to bring things back one at a time. The more differentiated, the more information you gain. Your body may be okay with white rice vs brown rice. Or farm eggs vs commercial eggs. Post your changes below!

For full disclosure I dove right into no sugar, no dairy, no gluten, veggies for three meals with fats and a little fresh fruit. Tumeric and ginger tea. Some sauerkraut. Some cranberry juice. I have been doing this diet for a few weeks or so. I never went to straight vegetables. But maybe I should have a week soon with straight vegetables
My Process
I have been for the most part following the diet. For the second time I went grocery shopping yesterday getting all vegetable, a few fruits, sauerkraut, wild salmon, wild tuna, and chicken. This diet makes sense to me. I feel better. So I’m following the diet however I need to up the other parts of this program. It’s a process and journey and I know I’ll get there.

Before entering this program I was virtually sugar free. I notice that bread and grains are heavy on me. I’m not eating them now. I was keen on blue corn tortilla chips but now the thought of that does a number on me. I’m eating vegetables and fats like raw salmon, wild caught tuna, and chicken. I went to the grocery store and grabbed some leafy greens and parsley and cilantro. I’m doing pure cranberry juice with natural apple cider vinegar. I’m feeling terrific. Except I was fatigued today and ate two sugar free dark chocolate bars. I’m working on the caffeine

I live on nachos sometimes. It’s quick to prep.
Happy New Year
I decided on Thursday that I would write a new year song and dedicate it to everyone who is taking part in the 6 week food cleanse challenge. Took me a couple days to complete it. It doesn’t matter if we’ve failed in the past. Every day is a new day and the first day of the rest of our lives.
