It is inappropriate to share client stories in any format. Even in the office you don't share information with colleagues unless it's during oversight meetings. It's wildly inappropriate.

First meeting, establish baseline trigger sensitivities so you can observe their tells. When you see a tell ask questions like "I wonder if" Learn which Core Motivation is for them: Ego Shame Ideology Reward Encourage shedding. Shed toxic people or reduce proximity to them. You as coach must be genuine, sincere, authentic. Reinforce they're with the right person and it is rewarding experience. They need to feel comfortable with you being in their vulnerability. Process: know, then like, then trust Use their response to their environment. Encourage them to lean into their innate abilities and feel that they are already 90% there. Encourage to gain the advantage over everyone else by taking advantage of the tools you provide that moves the needle for them giving them the advantage over everyone else
