🌿 Day 10: Releasing Fascial Tension in the Forehead + Eyes
On Day 9, we began activating and unwinding the root—stirring patterns around safety, support, and survival. Today, we focused on a key place this shows up:the forehead and eyes. Today’s fascial maneuvers, we worked to break up adhesions in the cranial fascia, allowing the tissue to soften and relax. These areas hold subtle but significant fascial adhesions—especially from chronic stress, overthinking, and the need to stay alert. When the root feels unstable, the body compensates by gripping here… scanning, bracing, trying to regain control. As this space opens, something powerful happens:the nervous system begins to down-regulate. Less gripping.Less hypervigilance.More space for ease. This isn’t just about the face—it’s about signaling to the entire body that it’s safe to release. 📝 Journal Prompts: Did any truths begin to surface regarding your safety, support, or belonging? Where in my life do I feel truly supported? Where am I still bracing or holding on for survival? What physical sensations am I noticing in my body? (Be specific—where do you feel them?) ✨ Reminder:Breaking up fascial adhesions isn’t just physical—it creates space for the nervous system to reorganize and return to balance. The more we soften these protective patterns, the more the body remembers how to feel safe without bracing.
