We were journaling at our church prayer meeting, listening for words of direction for our church to be praying over the next year. I heard the word Gospel. Simple, right? Proclaim the Good News. 'Go Tell It On The Mountain'. (my favourite Christmas song as a child). I felt God saying we need to get serious about proclaiming that Jesus Christ 🎶has come🎵. We need to be prepared to share the GOSPEL in PEACE. Sharing the fullness of the GOSPEL of the KINGDOM; casting out demons, healing the sick, raising the dead. The TRUTH is.... it's LOVE speech and the world needs to hear it.

Hello beautiful women of NOW GYM, My name is Mary, and I am so grateful and excited to be here. I’ve been in a season of stretching, pruning, and rediscovering who I am in God.The Lord has been teaching me so much about identity, purpose and trusting His timing even when the path feels uncertain. One thing I know for sure is, God has not forgotten me.He’s been calling me back to alignment, back to confidence and back to His voice.And I believe being here is part of that divine nudge. Today's NOW was powerful! A true example of how gratitude unlocks our heart, spirit and our direct connection with God. As Scripture was read over us, the words 'true identity ' and 'deserving' echoed around me. Knowing my old self was lost and undeserving of His saving freedom filled me with tears of thankfulness. But what happened next was breakthrough. God exposed a distortion of this truth, of the truth that He loved me enough to die for my freedom BECAUSE He loved me. The distortion was exposed that I was and remain undeserving of this grace. That I still am not worthy of total freedom. THANKYOU HOLY SPIRIT for exposing this lie and bringing freedom to me today. Any undeserving was fused to my sinful nature. That is NOT who I am now. Change my vision...change my words to words of freedom. I am worthy of love, joy, honor, good things and dreams. I am Your daughter and I am blessed and honored in Your eyes.🔥♥️♥️

I’m pretty excited to join everyone in these groups however, embarrassment and shame are preventing me. Two years ago I was a part of She Meets and absolutely loved it. Man, did I grow! I thought I was on fire for the Kingdom! Near the end of our time together, I posted a picture I downloaded from the internet claiming I did the work at this Senior’s Centre, installing community gardens. I totally lied! I have no idea why I did this. My landscaping company is busy enough without claiming something I did not do. Please forgive me. Truth is so important to me and I have no idea why I lied but I do beg your forgiveness and I’m sorry for lying.

Ps 42:11 “Why are you in despair, O my soul? Why have you become restless and disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭42‬:‭11‬ ‭AMP‬‬ Expectantly = desperately, eagerly, enthusiastically Countenance = interest, benefit, well-being Hope = someone being my source, my confidence Do you ever address or talk to your soul? I do because of David’s example in this Psalm. You can ask & say, Soul why are you disquieted? (Worried, concerned, uptight, apprehensive ….?) SOUL HOPE HOPE in God SOUL HOPE and wait expectantly, wait eagerly, wait enthusiastically SOUL let’s HOPE and Praise HOPE because Our God is the help of my interest, my benefit, my well-being Thank you God that you care so wonderfully for my soul.
