Thank you for the pump up call and the declarations! My friend Elaine felt she was addicted to her phone for news which lead to more scrolling. She tried and said God I am not doing this anymore. But couldn’t stop until she stopped and said I cannot do this in my own strength heal me! She has been walking in freedom from her phone for 2+ weeks now she feels so free and her time with God is great! She says she has more time now too. God has redeemed her time! Even though she was doing things during some of her listening time. God is on this!

Reactions, wooo I had that this summer at a wedding of all places. A woman came a gave me such words of rejection (out of her own heart of rejection) as I breathed through the shock I was able to say, No, I do not except her words, words & hurt go back to her they are hers not mine not excepting that ‘gift’ It was amazing how God gave me the ability to step back into my niece’s wedding day and enjoy & rejoice in it!

I have been walking that out in my life as of late. Being still with Him verses being still with my physical pain & things that are wrong. Oh the things…… Lord help me be still with you & not still with the THINGS my mind is so tempted to ruminate on. You are the greater companion!
