I'm Tere, I'm 44 going into 45... want to get back on track in my fitness, been neglecting a little bit myself on that area, I play beach tennis at leasst 3 times a week, sometimes more... but a let go a myself a little bit work got in the way... I am an Interior designer, have done Holly's workout in the past since 2020 and want to come back a get in better shape my goal hopefully by march that I turn 45 and keep going...
