We just hit monetization numbers with 1,237 subscribers and 4,009.4 watch hours—and we’ll officially be joining the YouTube Partner Program this week! 🎉💚 It took us 8.5 months from posting our very first video on August 2nd, and I was so fortunate that the YouTube algorithm led me to Alexa that very first month—just before she started her first intensive 1:1 coaching program. We couldn’t have done this without her support, guidance, and gentle-but-firm push to keep going. Alexa 🩷 your coaching helped us lean into our message, clarify our brand, and show up consistently, even when things felt slow or uncertain (which, let’s be honest, can feel like a lot of the time). You helped us trust the process. Your encouragement, strategic brilliance, and ability to hold our vision with us made such a difference. It felt like having our very own Mastermind group ✨. I had to share this. When Andy came to me at the end of February, he was pivoting his channel and was losing subscribers. He wanted a clear strategy and to stop spinning his wheels. He didn't know if he should start a new channel or continue with the old. We stuck with his old and decided to revive it, why throw away 900+ subs. The ones that didn't want to be there during the pivot were leaving anyway. He has been working HARD & STEADY these past two months and learning a ton of new skills and software programs and solidly pushing through every obstacle. 🎉💪 I just want to show that it can happen. He went from losing subs to now gaining over 30 in the last seven days on his channel!! The journey: We had our first meeting together end of February, most of March we were testing what works, improving his presentation and value for the viewer, now we have found his groove (of course still testing always), but we know his audience and what they want. Now it's just consistency and steady improvements from here on out, so we can get this man monetized!!! So so so so proud of his journey and for those of you midlife and beyond, he is 77 years old and doing a fitness channel. So cool! 🙌 Why do I think he is succeeding? He is humble, asks for help, takes the feedback, makes the changes, tries harder each time, continues to ask more questions, learns and applies what he is learning. Every meeting we have and many messages in between, he is ALWAYS asking questions, seeking, trying, and taking BOLD, BOLD, BOLD action way out of his comfort zone. Some things he was hesitant about, but still did it. So proud of you Andy!! Let's go, go, grow!!! Excited for your future. Remeber everyone celebrate your wins, you are working hard for them. Let Andy motivate you to keep going!!!! 💖💖💖

Into the YouTube Partner Program. After pushing past the fear and obsessing over YouTube for the last 6 months, we finally hit our Watch Time Hours, applied for the program, and got approved. And I've got to call out and thank @Alexa Saarenoja for being the primary inspiration and support behind my motivation to make this happen. This community is awesome and we owe so much to her for building something so special and giving people like me a place and a voice to feel welcome and encouraged, while also giving me the ability to make some wonderful and supportive friends like @Steve Wilmer, @Dave Nawrocki, @Mike Bayer, and @Troy Cherasaro. If anyone is interested in my experience starting, posting consistently for 6 months, and getting monetized, just DM me. I'm happy to be of service in any way I can.
