My intention for the rest of the week is to open and flow with the energy of each day, instead of being rigid with my preconceived plan or list of tasks. For example, today I had a list for the morning and ended up on 5 phone calls instead. They were all really meaningful connections with personal and family friends who wanted to check in and catch up and I'm grateful that I surrendered to connect deeply. I feet fulfilled and happy from this free flow today and I want to remember to tune into what presents each day that offers these unexpected gifts. I look forward to trying the box breathing 3day challenge and checking in with everyone afterwards. BIG love!

Thank you Jordan! I appreciate what you said about consistency...This last week something unexpected that came up was more time spent on the phone communicating and managing logistics and I was not doing my breathwork/yoga practice for 4 days in a row and I really noticed how I got more spun out in my head. This week I will prioritize the pause and allow myself to feel everything that I need to, without judgment or trying to change anything and also using my practices as my tools of support.
