Morning Breath Work with Chet
Hey everyone! Happy Friday! I wanted to share this photo of me and my breath work partner Chet. I know he doesnt look thrilled in the picture but he was basically napping on my chest while I did my exercises. He has been doing this since he was a 2 pound kitten.

@Jordan Carr computer games (my favorite go to ones at least) spending time at home with Em and mt kitty cats, and I joined the softball team at work and connecting with my coworkers outside of work has been a game changer

Morning Breath Work with a Cat
Has anyone tried morning breath work with a cat or pet on their chest while laying in bed? I started doing breath work in the morning before I got out of bed when I just apodopted a kitten named Chet. He loves laying on my chest in the morning and so I just did my breath work with him on my chest. As he got bigger and fully grown, its still a regular routine. Anyone have a similar experience?
