In this post I’ll share you the methods that took me from barely working a few hours to 12 hours+ daily.
As a bonus, I’ll give you a step-by-step guide on how to implement it.
I know you want to have DEADLY productivity to destroy your competition,
and this is a highly underrated method.

They’re just stuck on the old ways like
“Make yourself a to-do-list!”
“Set yourself reasonable goals!”
This advice hasn’t worked out for you.
They don’t teach you the newest method that people don’t know about yet.

Let’s get into it.
Step 1: What’s The Secret?
Before we get into the secret,
we need to understand the SYMPTOMS of the problem which you’ve got.
Such as:
Think of your body/mind like a rocket,
and that rocket is travelling to a destination (e.g: $5k/mo, $10k/mo)
How are you going to fly the rocket if the fuel supply is poor?
Same with these symptoms,
that all come from one source:
Poor sleep
Did you know that even losing just a couple of hours of sleep can increase the risk of critical errors in your business by up to 400%?
That’s 4X more ERRORS you’re making.
Think about if you fixed your poor sleep,
That’s 4X less critical errors you’d make.
4X more progress towards your goals and desires.
How do we actually fix this problem?
Step 2: How Do We Fix Poor Sleep?
You might be thinking
“Ah I need to follow some extensive biohacking routine in order to do this”
No you don’t.
Spending time on these habits is NOT going to require the whole day.
However it’s going to take a good chunk of time in the beginning to sort out.
So I recommend dedicating a time-block of 1 month to focus on fixing your sleep.
Take slightly more time off work.
You need to be COMMITED to fixing this issue.
Step 2.1: Falling Asleep Instantly
If you follow all of these action steps,
you’re gonna fall asleep instantly as soon as your head hits the pillow.
Step 2.1.1: Essentials
These are absolute essentials for sleep
Such as:
- Not having any food 3 hours before bed
- Staying consistent with sleep schedule
- Quitting bad habits (porn, video games, junk food, drugs/alcohol, vaping/smoking)
- No artificial lights/dark environment at night.
When I started trying to fix my sleep I didn’t see any results because I was optimizing rather than doing the basics.
Essentials > everything else.
Follow all of these and you’ll solve 80% of your sleep issues.
Step 2.1.2: Clearing Your Mind
Your mind will be racing about your business oftentimes at night
since you didn’t get enough shit DONE
How to make your mind stop bullying you:
- Worry Journaling (journal all thoughts out)
- Planning out the next day
- Getting out of bed (when you get the thoughts)
- Viewing the sunset/going on a walk
Pick one of these and stay consistent in them
Step 2.1.3: Cooling Your Body
Your core body temperature needs a 1C drop to initiate sleep.
So we need to do habits that leverage this in the evening/at night.
Such as:
- Warm shower (have for 1 - 3 mins abt an hour before bed)
- Leaving your window open at night
For years I’d always find it HOT at night and I’d struggle to fall asleep with it,
however from implementing just these three habits I’ve never struggled with it at all again.
Pick one and stay consistent.
Step 2.1.4: Red Light
Red light mimics red color from the sunset that tells our brain to produce the sleep hormone (melatonin)
Therefore it makes it easier to fall asleep because of that.
Either:
- Use a red light therapy device (not recommended)
- Turn on blue light filters on your devices
- Put red light bulbs up around your house
Step 2.2: Staying Asleep
This section will ensure that you stay asleep, and that if you wake up you instantly fall BACK asleep.
Step 2.2.1: Stop checking the time
Checking the time at night’s gonna make you really anxious/worried,
which leads to the pulse of cortisol (stress hormone) that fragments your sleep
Turn away all of your clocks at night,
and keep your phone out of your room turned off.
Step 2.2.2: Stop using the bathroom
I’ve used to wake up several times each night using the bathroom to never waking up during the night at all.
just simply:
- Use the bathroom right before bed and get it all out
- Don’t drink water an hour before bed.
Step 2.2.3: Breathing
If you’re breathing wrong, you’re sleeping WRONG.
This is because if you’re mouth breathing it can have consequences which negatively impact your performance and business.
Nasally breathing’s the CORRECT way, so we need to do that.
You could:
- Breathe purely through your nose
- Wear nasal strips at night
- Use alkalol/netipot (quite advanced and only needed if you really struggle with nasal breathing)
Step 2.3: Waking Up Energized
This will make you wake INSTANTLY out of bed to work.
These took me from staying in bed lying awake for hours,
to jolting the fuck out of bed each morning (without alarms!!!)
Step 2.3.1: Consistency/No Alarms
Your body needs to be naturally waking up around the same/similar time each day,
Just go to bed at the same time each night to ensure this.
STOP using alarms as well,
Stop listening to gurus telling you to wake up at 1am and hustle grind bs.
With alarms you’re forced out of deep sleep stages which makes you groggy and tired.
Step 2.3.2: ETF
Wake up and do the hardest task for the day.
after that, everything else is extremely easy,
it’ll be a breeze and you’ll have lots of energy to crush the day.
Step 2.3.3: Sunlight
I remember when I’d be tired all the time just trying to work on my business but struggling.
And also inside all of the time.
When we’re in the sun we’re running on nuclear FUEL.
Spend 5 - 10 mins in the sun abt an hour after waking each morning and it’ll fully wake you up,
as well as throughout the day.
Also try out combining this with:
Step 2.3.4: Cold Showers
That adrenaline shock you get from the cold shower
instantly wakes you up and ready to tackle fucking anything.
Do it for abt 1 - 3mins each morning on the COLDEST setting.
Step 3: Long-Term Plan for Business
Of course you can’t follow this all the time right?
Otherwise you won’t be able to work as much on your business.
Ideally you want this better sleep to help with your productivity so that you can work way harder and more right?
What you need to do is simplify down habits for what gives you the highest ROI
That has the highest leverage for you SPECIFICALLY.
And to do that:
You need to find your biggest constraint for sleep.
Such as:
If you were really struggling with either one of those things previously, then prioritize the habits you do for that.
Look at your routines.
What habits can you cut out, which aren’t that necessary and don’t really benefit you that well?
Or do benefit but are unnecessary since it’s helping something you don’t even struggle with?
Look at the 80/20.
You need to SIMPLIFY
To the core habits and routines which help you significantly but take little time.
The purpose of this is so you can have more time to work on your business and goals.
