Just talked to this guy he’s looking at it now. I actually was supposed to buy a property from him. He’s a millionaire in New York and he’s been buying properties everywhere. I figured he’d be the perfect person. Send him the details over. He says I’ll get working on it right away let me work on it. Me and him got a good relationship going cause our first chat man we talked for a while. It was crazy you could tell at first he wasn’t used to it, but I brought him out of the shell man. I told him I’m trying to look out for him not hurt him trying to help him. So I started thinking this guy would be the perfect person especially the price and everything that’s going on how the house is so I called him up. We’ll see if he does.
