I think I might have a buyer
Just talked to this guy he’s looking at it now. I actually was supposed to buy a property from him. He’s a millionaire in New York and he’s been buying properties everywhere. I figured he’d be the perfect person. Send him the details over. He says I’ll get working on it right away let me work on it. Me and him got a good relationship going cause our first chat man we talked for a while. It was crazy you could tell at first he wasn’t used to it, but I brought him out of the shell man. I told him I’m trying to look out for him not hurt him trying to help him. So I started thinking this guy would be the perfect person especially the price and everything that’s going on how the house is so I called him up. We’ll see if he does. This will be my first deal guys. I hope everybody’s having a great night as well. Keep going don’t ever stop. remember guys we’re real estate investors not wholesalers WELL maybe we are BOTH

Looking for Guidance Connecting With Serious Michigan Buyers + Hard Money Lenders
Hey everyone Philip here — looking for some help from people who’ve been in the game longer than me. I’m based in Ireland and I’m wholesaling virtually, mainly focused on Detroit + Michigan right now. I’ve built a strong system for finding off-market houses, land, and small multis, so acquisition isn’t my bottleneck. Where I need support is: 1. Building a stronger Michigan buyers network Not looking for beginner buyers — I need serious cash buyers, fix & flippers, buy-and-hold investors, and land buyers who are active in Michigan. 2. Finding trustworthy hard money lenders who work well with virtual operators Speed, clear terms, and reliability matter most. 3. Any recommendations for Michigan investor groups, Discords, masterminds, or private communities Especially ones where actual buyers are active and closing deals with no daisy chains. If anyone here can point me in the right direction, share resources, or even make introductions, I’d really appreciate it.
