Hey Stephanie, Nav definitely has some great suggestions! In addition to that I would say for me having a good selection of herbal teas that I enjoy has made being off coffee much easier. Also a little coconut kefir is great for the gut too. Riviera makes an unsweetened one with 0 sugar. I also have a one litre bottle that I aim to fill and drink 3-4 times through out the day, then I know I’ve hit my target. Seeing results is motivating- I wish you all the best with it!
Gut Reset
Hi - question about the gut reset. Since I received the Pleo Citrus and Pleo Sanuvis in liquid form rather than the ampules, do I take the drops as stated on the box - everyday instead of 2 doses a week on alternating days?

Hi Jennifer. I had wondered the same thing but then noticed in the gut reset instructions it said this “NOTE - These products often go out of stock due to high demand. If the ampoules are not available, you will be provided with an alternative product in the form of drops or tablets that are dissolved under your tongue. Should this happen, follow the instructions on the package on the same schedule listed above. ” I hope that helps answer your question 😊
