Are there any tips and tricks that worked for you? Overall how have you felt being on the gut reset? I’ve just started!! Any suggestions or ideas is helpful.
Hi Jennifer! Yes the herbs are amazing and the gut reset seems to be adding just another piece to solving all our skin problems. I have kept my gut reset items together and my supplements in a separate pill container just to organize myself, as it’s a lot and I don’t want to forget anything! Lol. Our biggest goal is to make all of this a priority in our life right now and for the future! However, if something gets missed I’m telling myself “that’s life” and to jump back on! As Dr. Kelly told me it’s hard to do the gut reset “ perfect”.

Thank you so much Nav for your thoughtful response and all your wonderful ideas! I really appreciate it and will definitely add some of your suggestions to my meal planning! Love the idea of a pot of green tea with ginger and tumeric and sipping on that throughout the day to curb hunger. Yes having things prepped and planned is crucial for not “straying.” I have found prepping a big pot of soup or dish so I have left overs is also helpful on those busy days.
