Hair advice needed
Buzzed my hair after dry, lifeless and damaged hair. What should be my next steps while growing out?
Hair Loss prevention advice wanted
Hi, I'm a 17-year-old fashion enthusiast. Recently, I have had the longest hair in my life, roughly about 4-5 inches. Since my school requires very short hair, I cut it very short, but now that I look, despite being careful about not using any harsh products, I see a sign of balding in my crown area (a little above the crown). Just to be clear, I have a bad genetic reputation for balding at an early age (but not this early). I really need your help. 🙏 (This is my first time writing)

@James OHara when I had long hairs, I felt loosing hair more than I should've but now that I have a very buzzed look I don't feel loosing those hairs anymore tbh. Or they could be too short for me to notice.
Diet?
So I want to improve my diet but I prefer not to eat most meats/fish and my mom will kill me if I drink protein shakes. Are there any other sources of protein that would improve my diet?

Well even though diet is a lot more than just protein in-take. You can use mine recipes here - To maximize protein without meat or shakes, prioritize Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, tofu, lentils, beans, quinoa, and nuts. For dinner, combine grains with legumes (like rice and beans) to create complete proteins and "smuggle" roasted vegetables into sauces to boost nutrients. Use fruits strategically by choosing high-protein options like avocado or pairing berries and apples with yogurt or nut butters for satiety. Improve hydration by eating water-rich foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and spinach, and focus on liquid-based meals like soups, stews, or milk which provide natural electrolytes.
Plix
I use plix advanced rosemary shampoo and conditioner shall I continue with it or not as i am not seeing any result with that to my hair

Are your problems regarding scalp or ends?
Flow Hairstyle
wanted to ask everyone’s opinion. If you have attempted or do have a Flow hairstyle, I’m curious to know the type of products you use and routine. I know everyone has different methods and products each use for their own hair necessities. But I am truly curious 😎

A flow may be hard to pull of and usually takes a lot of time to style it and take care of it. I had one a month ago. But to be honest, it really feels great once pulled of right.

I'm a teenager from Bangladesh, currently in 10th grade. I hope to have a men's hair care brand in the future.
