He continues on how he would teach this: "Practical Steps for Field Initiation First of all, I would locate a very bad spot and a very good spot of earth radiation, and ask the person to stand on each one to feel the difference. I would do the same with a 'good' stone and a 'bad' stone. This way, they would get a grasp of the different qualities of energies. Then, I would put a pendulum in their hand and ask them to approach a rising line from the side. If they are sensitive, they would notice how the line pushes the pendulum away from itself. * From there, they could move the pendulum directly over the line to see if it starts swinging along with the line... * If it does start, the next step would be transferring that feeling and sensation to just the swaying hands and throwing the pendulum away. Then comes sensing the entire earth radiation field: feeling it under the palms like a large pillow or mattress—how the field pushes up from the ground against the hands, making them float. * The hands become sensitized to the field by rubbing the palms together. * First, hold them facing each other and vary the distance... * Inhale and move them apart; exhale and bring the palms closer together... This gives a feel for the force between the hands. Then, turning the palms toward the ground, you can do the same while breathing: inhale and let the palms float up, exhale and let them settle down, all while feeling the force remaining between the ground and the palms. * Once the field is detected and the role of breathing is noticed, I would move on to teaching different techniques/grips and different targets to approach with them." I would like to add that for myself the easiest energy to recognize is the middlepole and its a good anchorpoint to start mapping out the surrounding fields. It is not hard to get the touch of it, even a child have learned it almost instantly when shown the right techniques.
