London Stationery Conference May 12 & 13, 2026!
Well… I did a thing. I’ve applied to attend the London Stationery Show in London on May 12 and 13. And yes. I will be staying in a hostel. Yes, a hostel. Yes, bunking with nine other probably fabulous, very young women from May 11 to 15. Founder life, baby. The show itself is free for sellers. It’s a trade show, not open to the public, which makes it even more exciting. Workshops, webinars, exhibits, all the nerdy stationery goodness. Laura and Emma will be there, which makes it even better. I wasn’t going to go. But then I thought… just because I may be shifting away from Amazon doesn’t mean I’m leaving the premium guided journal world. That’s still my lane. That’s still my heart. So this trip is lighting a fire under me to get a proof sample of my third journal ready. It’s a three-month journey for women who feel stuck and weighed down by limiting beliefs and want to step into courage. I’m planning to literally bring the journals in my suitcase and walk the floor, talk to people, soak it all in. I’ve applied for government funding. The only thing I’m holding off on is booking airfare until I get approval. Their fiscal year starts in April and the conference is in May, so I just need to wait for the green light before I pull the trigger. I’m about 99 percent confident it will be approved. Just navigating timing. If anyone here lives nearby or has ever thought about going, this would be such a cool chance to meet in person. Face to face. Real humans. Real journals. Real conversations. Also, for my U.S. friends… four nights in a hostel for under $300 Canadian. The conference is free. You’re basically looking at airfare and food. Who else is even thinking about going? Let’s make this a field trip. ✈️📓
