Yesterday I posted about why most people are stuck in a prison of their own thinking. But how do you know if YOU are stuck? By looking at your symptoms. For example… Do you: - Get stressed? - Get angry or frustrated? - Hold yourself back in areas of your life? - Find yourself procrastinating over things? - Procrastinate and doubt yourself? - Get triggered? - Notice how your thoughts are caught up in a loop over and over again? - Maybe stop sleeping because of it? - Overthink? - Find yourself comparing yourself to others? - Find it difficult to connect with others, personally or professionally? - Feel like you're just not good enough? If you've got ANY of these at some level... What that means is you're holding on to negative emotion. These hold you back. And it's like trying to walk through quick sand. It just gets harder.
