Scenario Saturday: STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Jamie, a new Scrum Master, faces a delay in the team's sprint due to unexpected technical challenges. The Product Owner is suggesting ways to cut corners, and a senior executive demands urgent updates on the project's progress.: How should Jamie handle the situation? A.Transparent Communication:- Explain the technical issues in detail to the stakeholders. B. Adjusting the Sprint Goal:- Negotiate with the Product Owner to adjust the sprint goal to more achievable tasks. C. Proposing a Temporary Solution:- Suggest a quick, less optimal fix to the senior executive while working on a permanent solution. D. Prioritizing Team Morale - Push back against cutting corners and urgent updates to protect the team's morale. Which approach should Jamie take and why?

I'm inclined to agree that A-D are all needed. As SM you are constantly on the go and ensuring you meet everyone's needs or manage what those needs are.
What is your scrum journey?
Everyone's journey to scrum is different. Mine was a little crazy too. Starting as a teacher, going through the panini press, realizing that I can make a better paycheck using all the skills I already had. And all I had to do was move to Oklahoma. 🥴 You can hear more about my scrum journey in this video below. Tell me, what is your scrum journey?

I joined a large corporation as a Strategic Alliance Manager. Due to some restructuring I was moved over to a Tech Enablement team where I was given the chance to get my CSM. I've never functioned as just a Scrum Master, but have utilized in every role since.
