@James Brown Like rent-to-own programs. Thank you for posting. The rents in the Chicago area went up 20%–30% in the last year. Helping renters move to first-time buyers is time-consuming and could be building up real-life relationships... Referrals and repeat clients are the foundation of my real estate business. I would love to exchange referrals with Realtors from all over the US and build good teams with mortgage brokers and investors. Looking forward to learning from Josh and each other to build up amazing RE support on line and with RE referrals.

@Sandy Margolin Congrats on your achievements. I learned about AI in the last few years, not yet an AI Certified Agent... Is that new designatian or...? Getting back in RE shape was to relax for "few years" producing my weekly TV show. I was the first agent that had TV shows on cable & via internet (LiveStream) over Globe in 2000. Sending VHS tapes to potential buyers & investors long before the smart phone & the rest of the apps. It's just beginning (as Realtor for 20+ years)
