Not peptide related but this seems like the group that may have some experiences. Has anyone had experience with Metformin? I have a prescription that I never used and was hoping it would be a sufficient alternative to manage my blood sugar and inflammation while I titrate off of Tirzepatide to prep for TTC in late summer. I don’t know anyone personally that has used it so looking for user experiences. Thank you!!

@Jv Parkinson No, but my cholesterol is slightly elevated, and my PCP has me on atorvastatin (lipotor) for cholesterol

Studies indicate it can reduce CV death risk by 38% in high-risk patients. Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) +4 Now that I read this, it does make sense for me. I took a cardiac test/ scan and my ejection... Blood leaving the heart... Showed a minor issue... One that can get worse over time if not treated.
