@Ryan Nolan @Matt Payne just want to know if im doing something wrong - still, made the other changes in my heading, description, highlights and still not really anything, boosting... much appreciated job: AI Agent Builder - Generative AI Modeling - Posted Nov 30, 2025 Rate: Depends on experience Newbies & agencies need not apply Description: I’m looking for somebody who can build an AI agent for my business. Either an AI agent who can make calls to potential customers who might be interested in my services (Treecare company) or an AI agent to scrap leads. Requirements: * Talented AI agent developer * Great communicator To prove you’re capable of the job, start your cover by telling me what questions you have lessMore/Less about application: Cover letter Loom: https://www.loom.com/share/e5dcbc7603454b0ea7d94538faaf723a Here are the questions I need before scoping your AI agent properly: 1. For the calling agent — do you want: A) Appointment-setting only, B) Lead qualification + appointment, or C) Full conversation handling (objections, FAQs, pricing, etc.)? 2. How many calls per day do you expect the agent to handle? 3. Do you already have: – A phone provider (Twilio, Vapi, Retell)? – A CRM or spreadsheet where leads should be stored? 4. For the lead scraper — do you want: A) Tree service customer lists (homeowners), B) Commercial property managers, or C) A general “Anyone needing tree work” database? 5. Do you need both (scraper + caller) to work together as one system? 6. Do you want follow-up messages (SMS/email) after the call? Hi there, I build AI agents and automation systems for small businesses, including voice agents that can handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and send follow-up messages. I also build lead scrapers using SERP APIs and structured workflows that feed directly into spreadsheets or CRMs. I’ve worked with tools like Vapi, Retell, Twilio, and n8n/Make.com to create agents that sound natural, follow scripts reliably, and take accurate notes. On the scraping side, I can build targeted lead-generation pipelines that filter by location, service type, and homeowner/commercial criteria. Before I propose a solution, I need the questions above to understand what type of agent you want, the volume, your existing systems, and whether you want a combined scraper + caller workflow. Once those details are clear, I can outline the best approach and the expected build time. If you’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, build reliably, and design a system that actually works in the real world, I’m available to get started. Let me know your answers to the questions and we can proceed.
Pls roast my upwork application

I think you do it should be available to all go on profile click my stats scroll to proposals I’m not a pro but filtering clients for me seems like a good approach really it’s just that recently got laid off so I’d like the most impact on a small budget honestly

@Rudolf Van Loggerenberg here’s a neat way of learning what works use your heading as a search tag for talent in your niche then filter for top rated and also rising talent separately look at the rising talents(mybe in your geographical area and see what worked for them to gain traction their first jobs by date what niches did they target job characteristics then do the same for the top rated) u will see a trend and know which jobs are suitable for beginners then build with those do 2-4 ( fixed term) mybe then start looking for long term work I don’t know it’s just my game plan
