Looking to connect with a few agency owners here
I’m looking to connect with a few agency owners in this community (SMMA, marketing, lead gen, SEO, LMO, etc.). Lately I’ve been trying to understand something better from people actually running agencies day-to-day. What are the tasks or roles inside your agency that constantly become bottlenecks? Not necessarily client acquisition, but the operational stuff like: • Client onboarding • Lead qualification • Reporting and updates • Proposal creation • Follow-ups with leads • CRM/admin work • Any repetitive task that eats hours every week Basically the things where you sometimes think "This shouldn’t require this much time or money." I’m just looking to have a few conversations with agency owners to understand where operations start getting messy as agencies grow. If you’re open to sharing your experience, I’d genuinely love to hear what’s been the biggest bottleneck for you. Feel free to comment .

Looking for a Client Acquisition Partner (AI Projects)🚀
Hey everyone — I’m currently looking to partner with someone who’s strong at bringing in clients / closing deals for AI or automation projects. I handle the delivery side: ✅ Custom AI agents & automations ✅ Chatbots, workflows, integrations ✅ ROI-focused solutions tailored to each business ✅ Able to build pretty much anything custom depending on client needs I’m open to: 💰 50/50 revenue split per project ⏱️ Or hourly-based collaboration I have capacity to take on new projects immediately — just looking for the right person who enjoys outreach, sales, or client acquisition. I've got experience, I've built a few projects, I can show portfolio. If you’re interested in partnering or want to discuss ideas, send me a DM 🤝

Looking for an Experienced AI Automation Builder (Ongoing Project)
I’m currently working on an active AI automation project and looking for a high-skill AI automation builder to collaborate with. This will start as commission-based for the initial phase. If we see good execution and real results, this will turn into a long-term partnership with consistent work and upside. What I’m looking for: - Someone who can actually build end-to-end AI automations - Strong with tools like n8n / Make / Zapier - Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, Google Sheets, email, Slack - Solid prompt engineering + structured outputs - Thinks in terms of business outcomes, not just workflows Bonus if you’ve worked with: - AI agents (voice or chat) - Client delivery projects - Sales / marketing / ops automations If you’re confident in your skills and want to prove it through real work, comment or DM me with: 1. What you’ve built (real examples only) 2. Tools you’re strongest in 3. Your availability Let’s build something serious and scale it properly 🔥🤝
Why Most Consultant Leads Don’t Convert (Even When They’re Interested)
Honest question for business consultants here — Have you noticed that getting leads isn’t the hardest part anymore…but converting and following up consistently is? I’ve seen consultants generate leads from:– LinkedIn– Referrals– Communities like this Yet deals still slip because:– Follow-ups happen late– Context gets lost across DMs, email, and tools– Leads aren’t qualified the same way every time What surprised me most is that when consultants fix that middle layer —qualification + follow-ups — they don’t just feel less busy. They actually close more deals from the same leads. Curious how others here are currently managing lead flow and follow-ups in their own consulting business.
