I’ve been working on a few more mobile app ideas alhamdulillah and launched my latest one this week called Salah Tracker. The idea was to produce something to help muslims (reverts, newly practising and also kids) stay consistent with salah…not just the five daily prayers, but also Sunnah and Nafl, prayer checklists. I even managed to add function to show users local prayer times, which was something I didn’t initially plan to have but was ended up being a useful late addition in the build. Some of the features I wanted to make sure it has were that it has, similar to the other app; no ads, no data collection, clean interface and works offline. As a massive Formula1 fan i would love to create something to do with data analysis... I really need to get better at creating projects for myself, and asking the right type of questions and then tackling the issues. Currently stuck at this stage with each project that i do. 1. I have no idea where to find a decent dataset for formula 1 - (Had a look at kaggle already) 2. I have no idea what questions i would be asking? 3. what problem am i trying to solve? i guess what im trying to say is, i always find it hard starting off the project... any tips/advice would be much appreciated.
