Struggling with Playground for SEO Content
Hi @Jonathan Boshoff Have you tried using open AI Playground for writing content or any other SEO workflows? I’ve been testing it by feeding in content outlines and detailed prompts. I tried testing different temperature and parameter settings, but the results haven’t been great. Funny thing is when I use the same prompt in free ChatGPT or Perplexity, the results are way better Any tips on how I can improve? Would really appreciate if you could point me in some direction. Been pulling my hair out since yesterday trying to figure it out :D Thanks in advance

Question related to Topical Map
Hi Jonathan– Hope you’re doing well! I have a couple of questions about topical maps that have been mentioned in steps tab of Google Sheet: 1. Do you have any specific prompt you use to expand a list of ideas? And how do you base these ideas? Do you refer to them as entities, roots, attributes, or is it best to simply ask ChatGPT for a “list of 30 additional source contexts for [niche]"? 2. How do you go about finding better root/nodes? How do you determine if something could be restructured into something more meaningful? Would appreciate any insights on this! Thanks again,

Hi @Jonathan Boshoff , thanks for your reply! I realize my question could have been more clear, so I apologize for that. My main question is about how to come up with more topic ideas or categories for expanding subtopics. For example, in your idea generation sheet, you chose "coffee espresso," but there are several other topic ideas listed as well. How do we find those ideas / categories? I understand that when generating a topical map, some topics turn into ideas that can be expanded later with their own pillar and sub-pillar posts (topical map). But there is always limitation and not all ideas come up and important ideas might be missed. Sure we can prompt and ask to expand the topical map on the basis of entities and attributes within that specific category once it's completed. But how do we get more ideas for categories? By category I mean ‘topic idea’ - which is "espresso machine" from your example. So, what kind of prompts should I use to get more ideas or categories for the core section? Should I ask for a list of entities or categories or ideas or something else? I just want to make sure I don’t overlook any important ideas / categories to have their own topical map or pillar and sub-pillar posts. My second question is about identifying root/node topics when creating a topical map. How do you know if a topic can be improved or retrumped? What’s your criteria to check and validate these topics? For instance, you mentioned how "where can I buy espresso machines" got changed to "what espresso machines to buy," and then later to "espresso machines." Would really appreciate clarifications and help understanding these questions better :) Please feel free to reply at your convenience.

Hi Jonathan, I hope you see this comment! I apologize for not being able to create a post since I'm still at level 1. I tried using your topical map tool, but I didn’t get satisfactory results, nothing close to what you were able to achieve in your video. Can I share the output I got with you? Should I add a screenshot? TIA!
