- My weight is: 131.9 lbs (down from 137.2 last Monday!!) π - My steps this week were: 30,000 π₯΄ - My biggest win was: sticking to the food list! ππ» - My biggest struggle was: caffeine - I had a couple of migraines that only went away with caffeine. I did cut back significantly though, mostly had black tea for the migraines βοΈ - My next workout is on: tomorrow! πͺ
