Hi My name is sundas and I am a house wife and 2 months postpartum rn my height is 5.5 weight around 100 and age is 25.. I want to loose my weight and want to reach on my suitable weight because this weight gain effects my pregnancy too I was having high blood pressure issue bcz of being obese and still m having it so I want to get back to the nrml track I just have lack of motivation.as m also breastfeeding.
