If there’s interest, I’ll do a full-length deep dive. For now, these are the basics. Thanks for watching!

Good info.. I use my fitness pal app and find it pretty user friendly and wide variety of food options already catalogued. Can also input your own recipes from Facebook sites onto the app…and credits calories for exercise… cute kiddo!!
BJORN TAKES ON A MOUNTAIN
We'll meet at Mt. Arab between 8:00 and 8:30 Sunday April 26th. Anyone carpooling can meet at the Forge between 6:30 am and 6:50 am. Please leave a comment below if you'll need a ride. Otherwise feel free to meet us at the mountain between 8:00 and 8:30 We will start hiking at 8:30 All are welcome to hike at their own pace, We expect most of us will have made the full hike back down the mountain by about 1:00 pm. The address is in the calendar event. Please bring water and snacks for yourself. We'll also take a group photo/tons of photos because humans seem to like that sort of thing. All current and former adventurers are welcome to join us, bring your friends and family too if you like!

THE HIKE
Hi everyone! Looking over the weather data there is a forecast for snow and rain on the mountain on Sunday, but NEXT Sunday is looking like 70 degrees and sunny! So here is what I'm gonna do, I'm going to give YOU the option, should we hike this Sunday, the 19th, or next Sunday, the 26th?

I cant come on the 19th but can on the 26th, but whatever works for most is fine.
Reforged (kind of)
Back in the forge today after a 12 month mutiny. Fully expected to get humbled. Thought I would ultimately be fighting for my life on warmups, questioning everything. But honestly… I surprised myself. Strength didn’t just disappear like I thought it would. I was moving way more than I gave myself credit for. Turns out the body remembers, even when your brain is busy being dramatic. Shoutout to the shape smiths and the other warriors watching me ease back in like I didn’t just ghost the forge for a year. Big takeaway. You’re almost always stronger than you think you are. Physically, mentally, all of it. Most of it is just showing up again. Today wasn’t crazy. Nothing flashy. But the mutiny is over. And we’re back to work
