I have a question on total calorie counts. I’m not sure how to consume the recommended amounts of protein each meal along with recommended amounts of vegetables/fruits, good fats, etc AND have snacks without going overboard on calories! Or maybe I shouldn’t be overly concerned with calorie count?

Grateful Oars Rowing Club will be starting Learn to Row on Saturday June 6 from 9 to 11 at the Norwood Beach boathouse. Great fun and great exercise with no experience necessary!
