I'm not sure what the right answer is. I can tell you that if, say, someone were doing 3 sessions per week, adding a 4th session may be difficult for some to make it to. Cardio is important and some may not have access at home to the machines they would like to use so it would be good for that. Maybe offering some classes that incorporate cardio during the week would be helpful. I've actually considered getting certified to teach Zumba and depending on intensity is one hell of a cardio workout, toning can also be incorporated into this program too. I love what the gym offers currently so I don't want the cardio to detract from what is already freaking amazing! I'm going to have to think about this. Is there a deadline for the poll?
