What are your 2026 goals for RE and ideas to obtain them.
This December I’m setting up a plan to reach out to past clients and my referral base more often. I want to.”touch them” remind them that I’m AgentSue by sending textes on their home purchase anniversary, picking up phone asking how their dog or kids are and see if they need anything for me, sending out an E newsletter every other month instead of every 3 to 4 months. Right now I’m gonna drop off Carmel or cookies from Trader Joe’s.(sorry I am not a cook or baker) for the holiday season. And of course, I continue to post insta/fb. What are you doing? What are your plans? Looking forward to hearing some ideas.

Hi all, if you were on the call this morning, you know it was very informative. I do have a question though, who pays monthly for ChatGPT and do you use the personal or business? I like what the business paid version has to offer but you have to have a minimum of two users. Would love your input!!

I pay for ChatGPT It’s the best thing since sliced bread. It’s the best $20 investment per month worth every single penny I don’t send any emails or any taxes without throwing it into chat first. It improves everything when I have to send an email to a client about what properties we’re going to see I just throw it in chat and it cleans it up for me. I use it all day long every day. I even learned how to use a pitching wedge with it. I figured out I wasn’t having a heart attack with it it help me get through really difficult. Client and really difficult people in my life. You can plan a whole vacation with it. Chat she’s the best. I don’t think I could live without her. The only if she could clean my house.
