I listen to everything they said and he was absolutely fascinating and so informative. Stories about those dogs is also heart wrenching.

That is an ancient p photograph of Fraggle when he was less than a year old?
He’s just so lovely 💖
All our dogs are lovely all the time 🥰🌹 (well mostly 💩). But then there are times they do something that makes you reach out and give them an extra awww 🤗 For me, last night that was Troy. Troy whose general demeanour might be described as as gentle as a slap with an iron bar, as calm as an ADHD toddler after an overdose of e-numbers, and as biddable as an adolescent experiencing puberty. 🤪 Last night, less than 2 minutes after filling a hot water bottle straight from a just boiled kettle (yes I KNOW you’re not supposed to do that), and placing it between my back and the sofa, I became conscious of a stinging wet sensation. The bottle had sprung a leap.💦 Jumped to my feet and husband helped me bathe back with cold water before wrapping an ice pack in a tea towel to try and relieve the burn. 🥶 Both dogs hearing me yell were obviously concerned. 🐶 But Troy wouldn’t leave my side. He gave me some very gentle kisses and kept trying to sniff at my back to find out what I’d done. 🐕 When I didn’t let him he came and sat very close to me, not prodding or doing anything disruptive, but just being there with me. 🐾 Sometimes that’s exactly what you need. And I really appreciated him 💖

I’m so pleased you’re alright that could’ve been really nasty. But it’s amazing how dogs always know they really do.

Well, I suppose cats don’t make quite as much mess of the furniture. I’ll give our feline friend that.
