No root context.md listed in 'folder-organisation-guide.md'
When I drop the document into Claude as a reference, it's not building my workspaces correctly. It's skipping the creation of the root context.md, which results in rework. Also, the structure of the 'Workspace Blueprint" and "Vault Toolskit" claude.md and context.md files is quite different. As a beginner, it creates uncertainty on how best to structure these files. Is there some way this could be made clearer?

🙋 How and where to install the skills listed in the Workflow Blueprint?
Hey, I'm a premium member and have set up the WorkFlow Blueprint in VS Code. But the Skills folders mentioned in the files don't seem to be included. How and where do we download and install the Skills?

@Makenna Ryan you can make them accesable to other agents. Best thing to do is ask Claude itself. I was storing mine in the global .claude folder but realised they are accessible to more agents if they are in the global .agents folder. So I asked Claude to move them to the global .agents folder and create a symlink back to them from the global .claude folder.

Hey@Kevin Lawry, thanks for your thoughts. I was leaning towards multiple projects also. My only concern is needing to duplicate docs (brand guidelines etc) across multiple projects. But it's probably the lesser of the two evils and I'll tackle this path if it arises.

I think setting up reusable/global assets in Obsidian might be a good approach. Then link to the central asset in Obsidian from the relevant workflow folders. Going to give that a go when I have time
Hey Jake , question for the community
I am truly amazed by your content. Will it be possible for to create a video about obsidian and claude - obsidian as a second brain ( increase memory -> efficiency) . I am asking the community: who is interested to learn about it ? I can learn by myself but I am sure you will provide tips that will take me weeks to learn.

I’m very interested in this also and how/where the folder system and Obsidian fit in with an external RAG system

@Eytan Levy yes, I like the concept of integrating Obsidian. But I'm unsure how Claude seaches through Obsidian without using a massive amount of tokens.
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

Hey @Jake Van Clief, Thank you for the warm welcome. It's sitting well, mostly. Great content. But I think the Classroom would benefit from training on how to: - Install Skills in Claude Code - Structure the folder system to scale past the limiting 'role' based templates with 3 workflows into a system that works for multiple roles and business functions (e.g content creator, designer, developer, etc and freelancer)
