What am I missing?
I see how many are doing great and making progress. Others falling, but they has the body double sessions and they’re doing great. What am I missing? It feels like I don’t want to be happy. I want to be, but I keep getting in my own way. Yes, I’ve been to every session so far, but I hear how others are able to express things. During the Q&A’s, they know what to ask. I don’t. I feel like a little boy who is lost in a crowd, and can’t find his framily (friend family).
What am I missing?

Just did the Identity Transformation worksheet and finally saw it: I've spent my whole life trying to save everyone else so I'd never have to feel useless. The one thing I keep quitting is the only thing that's just for ME. Turns out I don't need another person to rescue. I need to build my own sanctuary and actually keep it. Stepping into the version of me who chooses herself now.
