Yooooooo shot out to God ,Charles ,the whole community , and Verta out of the 8 properties I’ve apply for I got the ✅✅✅✅✅ for 5 parcels. Also checked and there were no additional fees or taxes attached so we headed to the next phase. Praise God !
Tara or Charles, I received a contract from a wholesaler to sell my lot in Wayne. I don’t believe we discussed this yet. What do you think of his contract? Is there anything I should change? The end buyer will be the one signing MY purchase and sale agreement or seller finance agreement, right?
How is that a contract? It looks more like a Letter of Intent. If there's no contract, he/she can't advertise without being a real estate agent/broker. Unless the person is on your operating agreement or have a contract, this is illegal in Florida and probably other states.
@Regina Cox I used the Saginaw Land Bank. I used A.F.R.I.C.A. to do my pre-due diligence. I contacted the city to make sure I could build on the particular lot and went from there. The instructions are on the disclaimer page.
@Clorissa McGregor I use Land Id. I also check the property appraiser site. I also have Datatree. Datatree pricey but great if you're flipping land and know the criteria of your buyer ahead of time.
