Hello family, I wanted to share my progress with the Saginaw land bank. I was approved to purchase five lots in Saginaw, Michigan, at $300 each. I have decided to buy three of them. I don't want to get in over my head just starting, but I am very excited. I want to thank Mr. Charles for creating this fantastic community and for his tireless efforts to put us in the best position for success. Mr. Charles and his team are amazing and full of knowledge. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Tara, my coach for the program. Her guidance and feedback on my many questions were always on point. I appreciate her knowledge, professionalism, punctuality, advice, and especially her patience. I am also in the process of bidding for properties on the Building Detroit landbank. This community has allowed me to build confidence within myself, which I never knew I had, by instilling knowledge and believing in me, thereby boosting my confidence to believe in myself. Lord knows how scary this process can be; however, this entire community has come together to support one another through this journey. Once again, thank you, Landbank family. God Bless

Just sold one of my parcels from Saginaw through seller financing! Thank you Tara for your help and answering all of my questions and Charles for posting it and providing this learning space. The hardest part was creating the listing and making sure I had enough pictures and info! Shoot out to Lisa as well for answering my questions. Teamwork makes the dream work!
