Calorie counting: when my wife makes something that's not easily quantifiable, I'll find out whether there's an online recipe and feed the url into grok and ask it to give me the nutrition info per serving. It's also good at variations- for example, if I ask her to use more meat in the recipe, or substitute or leave something out, the AI can factor that in. It often gives an approximate range, so that's another instance of where Mike's advice to err on the side of higher calories is great. I use the carbon diet app.
Magnetic Resistance machines
I did a search to look if there is any topics on the newest magnetic resistance, machines or smart machines. I thought I saw something that Lawrence put out about a studio moving to E machines, but I couldn’t find it. Anyway, does anyone have any experience using or starting a small gym with just smart equipment? Something like an Oxefit SP1?

Does anyone do partner/couple introductory sessions?
I have more demand lately from couples, especially retired couples, who want to train together. I do train a couple of couples, but I’m wondering how other trainers are structuring the introductory session with two new people. Would love to hear your insights and perspective!
